Trainer/Facilitator at the School of Dialogue
He has over 20 years of experience in a broad range of corporations, including starting a business as a teenager in the US.
In 2009, he encountered a leadership training camp aimed at T groups, and continued his education by attending this training for a week every month for 3 years. He is one of the most experienced trainers for T groups in Japan. Currently, he works as a trainer for leadership, team-building, and facilitation trainings, and also as a consultant for organization development. In 2011, he founded the School of Dialogue, a course on facilitation.
In 2011, he participated in Art of Hosting, held in Japan for the first time. He felt the potential of Art of Hosting, which enables dialogue in large groups, and the innovation that follows. He also attended the Art of Hosting in Scandinavia and will host Art of Hosting as a promoter in Japan, to be held for the first time in 3 years in 2014.
