The Organization Development Network Japan is an international professional association of organization development researchers and practitioners who are sincerely committed to achieving a sustainable society through healthy, effective organizations.
OD Network Japan is also a learning community for professionals who have different perspectives, but who share a vibrant enthusiasm for OD values and practices. ?To promote the use of all OD practices that lead to effective results and demonstrate the value of our work, ODNJ provides a wide variety of the resources and opportunities for learning for all its members, including those in academic settings, corporate roles, and independent consulting firms.
As an OD Network, ODNJ is also a member of a large network of international OD communities, and it is accountable for undertaking initiatives the “advance the theory and practice of organization development.”
ODNJ sincerely invites members of any other international OD communities, such as the as the OD Network, International OD Association (IODA), Asian OD Network, to communicate and work with us as a committed partner.
