Yukiko Kuroda
People Focus Consulting
After graduating from the Department of Sociology at University of Tokyo, she went to Matsushita School of Government and Management. After working for the department of overseas marketing at Sony, she consulted for management of leading corporations of different countries at an American leading management consulting company as a senior consultant.
She founded People Focus Consulting in 1994 and was a president until March 2012.
At PFC, she worked on intra-firm trainings for leadership development and consulting. She also worked on executive coaching for management.
She was an external board member of Astellas Pharma Inc. (2010-2014), CAC Holdings (2011-), and Marubeni (2013-). She is also a president of NPO JEN (Japan Emergency NGOs) and works on international humanitarian issues.
Graduated from the Department of Economics at Keio University. Received MBA from Harvard Business School.

Miyako Hamasaka

After joining Fuji Xerox Learning Institute in 1993, Ms. Hamasaki worked on research and development of human resources and organization development, and joined projects of many corporations as a consultant. She specialized in program development for management skills and leadership development.
JIAL certified Senior Action Learning Coach. Co-authored “Pafōmansu wo umidasu grōbaru rīdā no jyōken [Conditions for global leaders creating performance]” (2005, Hakutō Shobo) Co-authored “Konpetenshī to Chīmu manējimento no shinri gaku [Psychology for competency and team management]” (2009, Asakura Shōten). Graduated from the Department of Education at Ochanomizu Women’s University and Masters Program in Business Administration and Public Policy (MBA) from the Graduate School of Systems and Information Engineering at University of Tsukuba.
