Prior to founding NineDomains Institute Inc., Kanji had a productive career in corporate management , including the successful launches of True Religion Japan Inc., and ZoomSystems Japan K.K. Kanji also created a streamlined organization as President of Reebok Japan Inc., turning a managing retail operations for The Swatch Group Japan K K running the retail operations of Nike Japan Corp.,as well as multiple senior position with Levi Strauss Japan K.K.
