After consulting for Asahi Breweries, Ltd and its affiliated company, Mr. Kataoka became self-employed. He joined J. Feel Inc. upon its foundation.
He is in charge of many projects, mainly working on organization development projects and acting as a training lecturer for mid-level managers. Specifically, he consults on institutional innovation in management for organizational climate innovation through human development. A graduate of the MBA program from the Graduate School of University of Tama, and he is also a director at the Institute of Knowledge Leadership Studies.
